Your privacy is very important, Alyssium Stitches agrees not to share or distribute any private information provided by the customer via email or form submissions.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, Alyssium Stitches provides one-of-a-kind, unique products and designs and exchanges for purchases cannot be guaranteed. We hope you love your purchase, but understand if something isn’t quite right. If you are interested in an exchange, please email alyssiumlife@gmail.com with your request within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

IN PERSON SALES

Eligible returns and refunds for in person sales are accepted within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be unused, in resale condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Cash sales are final, no exceptions. Alyssium Stitches is not responsible for any damages reported after purchase and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect the product before processing payment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email alyssiumlife@gmail.com and allow 3-5 business days for us to respond. Your satisfaction is important to me and I will do my best to help.

ONLINE SALES

Eligible returns and refunds for online sales are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be unused, in resale condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is lost in transit or the wrong item was shipped). Alyssium Stitches will not be held liable for damages reported after use and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect the product within 7 days of arrival. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email alyssiumlife@gmail.com and allow 3-5 business days for us to respond. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND

  • Gift Cards (physical or electronic)

  • Natural plant materials or organic products derived from plants

  • Merchandise that has been resold to another individual or company

  • Merchandise without original receipt/proof of purchase

  • Alyssium Stitches Merchandise with damages caused by personal wear and/or wear and tear from personal use, overuse, personal accident, improper care (i.e., excessive dry cleaning or mishandling by your dry cleaner), negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Please consider using Alyssium Stitches Mending and Repair Services to fix any damages and bring new life to your garments.

FINAL SALES

Items marked as SALE are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

ALYSSIUM STITCHES MENDING AND REPAIR DISCOUNT

I hope you love my products and wear them often! I am committed to extending the life of my products if your purchase of an Alyssium Stitches garment gets worn, torn or damaged over time.

All eligible Alyssium Stitches clothing and apparel will receive a one-time only, 20% discount on mending, repair and enhancement services. Proof of purchase or receipt required for discount.
